Myungha Jang

Myungha Jang is a Senior Research Engineer in Applied Research at Netflix. Her work focuses on developing AI/ML methods that leverage large language models (LLMs) to better understand user behavior and user identity behind the screen. She previously worked at Pinterest and Meta as a machine learning engineer, where she led projects on personalization in recommendation and retrieval systems. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, specializing in information retrieval.
